In March 2012, AfCI compiled our 25 years of experience and knowledge based into the world's first
complete set of standards for Implementation of High Performance Organizations. As many management
systems practitioners are aware, new standards begin with publication of a significant body of work. For
example, the Project Management Institute PMBOK® Guide began as a White Paper first published in 1983.

The AfCI HPO21™ Guide to Implementation of High Performance Organizations (HPO21™ Guide) is far
more than a White Paper. It is a complete ready-to-implement set of fifty-nine (59) policies, processes and
tools delivered in the leading edge Microsoft Office 365®/SharePoint® INTRANET platform, giving the
organization full capability to edit and add content and expand the SharePoint Team Site into a powerful high
performance INTRANET with full administrative login and content rights control.

HPO21 Implementation in Action

One of the initial HPO21 Guide Standards is the Organizational Performance Assessment, used to "x-ray" an
organization to gain a "today's performance" view of how things are going. Here is an example of the ACI-Xray
tool used in execution of HPO21 Standard 1.2 (Organizational Performance Assessment):



















     What this ACI-Xray Assessment tells about current performance:

     Key Supplier Performance (20%) is very low
     Workforce overall scores 40 of 80 points (about 50% performance)
     Process Management and Quality/Risk Management (both at 60%) affecting products/services
     Product Performance is likely driving down Customer & Stakeholder Value (40%) and Satisfaction
     Low Customer Excellence drives Financial (60%) and Market (40%) down
     The Strategy of the organization is only 60% accomplished
     Total results are substantially lower (60%) than high performance 90%-100%

Each of the HPO21 Standards exist as web page policy documents integrated into processes and linked with
tools such as the ACI-Xray above. Once a valid ACI-Xray has been implemented and results are visible, the
organizations leaders can decide to implement all or only a few of the HPO21™ Standards
