This Course is entitled: HPO21© (High Performance Organization for the 21st century). This course trains you to use
and apply best practices aimed at achieving excellence of workforce, operations, customer and leadership.
- COURSE FORMAT: Online Webinar Training (English language), consisting of 10 one-hour sessions, normally
conducted at a rate of one session per week, over a 10 week period at Eastern Daylight Time (EDT) in accordance with the
a mutually workable schedule
HPO21 COURSE TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS: All you need is a PC a current IE browser, a fast Internet
connection and a telephone with speaker or headset. About five minutes before the session begins, you login to
GotoWebinar(R) using a link emailed to you by AfCI. Then you call the phone number provided with the link. It's easy!

HPO21 COURSE STUDENT SATISFACTION: SBDC Directors and Counselors in 17 states have completed our
HPO21 training course and have given the course a very high student satisfaction rating. This course prepares the SBDC
to provide management counseling to companies with 10-500 employees, and helps their SBDC region contribute to
additional economic impact (retained or added jobs and sales, etc.).

COURSE PRESENTED BY Chuck Mitchell, Owner & Managing Principal, AfCI LLC. Your instructor will most likely be
the President of AfCI, Chuck Mitchell. Chuck has trained thousands of department and program management staff for
over 23 years and has great “success and failure stories” to share with you. Chuck has been a management consultant
since 1984. Before that he was a Program Manager for several submarine defense programs under contract with the US
Navy and other government agencies and laboratories. Chuck personally designed marketed and implemented
organization and program management systems for the majority of the 250 organization customers listed at the AfCI Web
Site: www.afci-hpo.com/customers. Chuck graduated from the University of Southern California with a M.S.in Systems
Management. Chuck has been selected as a paid speaker at national conferences of the Association of Small Business
Development Centers in 2007 and 2008. He conducts regular online Webinars to train company owners and managers
in startup, growth survival and improvement of business results. Chuck has also assisted both Government & Industry
