HPO21 - 21st Century Training and Tools to Create High Performance Organizations
            HPO21 TRAINING COURSE SATISFACTION SURVEY

    One group of students we are very proud of are from America's Small Business Development Centers (SBDC). Directors
    and counselors in almost 1000 SBDCs provide training and counseling to small businesses every day and create a
    significant and positive economic impact for America. SBDC students from 17 states have completed our HPO21 training
    courses to help them provide a higher level of assistance to businesses with 10 to 500 employees. In late 2008, AfCI
    conducted an online HPO21 Course Satisfaction Survey aimed at our SBDC students. Their ratings on 1-5 scale along
    with their comments are as follows:
