Having Problems Downloading or Viewing our Presentation?
If you have problems downloading or viewing our Presentation file, we have a few tips for you.
General: This presentation file is a PowerPoint PPS file that requires either PowerPoint or the
PowerPoint Viewer to be installed on your computer. A normal PowerPoint file has the extension
.PPT and a PowerPoint Viewer file has the extension .PPS. The quickest way to get the
presentation is to download the source PPT file using the link below. After you open the file in
PowerPoint be sure to click the Slide Show icon or hit Shift-F5 to view in full screen mode.

Other Tips and hints:
Tip 1 - If you click on: Click Here to View Short Presentation and nothing happens after 30
seconds, and then wait a little longer. The time to download the file depends on the speed of
your Internet connection and web traffic factors at the time of the download. It normally takes 20
to 30 seconds for the download to appear. When you see the PowerPoint download message
then OPEN the file. If you prefer, you can SAVE the file to a location you wish and open it later.
Tip 2 - If you have PowerPoint installed (2003 or 2007 versions) but do NOT have the
PowerPoint Viewer installed, the file may open as a regular PowerPoint presentation (as if it were
a .PPT). In this case all you need to do is click the Slide Show Icon or hit Shift F5 to open the file
in full screen mode. You should then hear the sound (turn up your PC sound if necessary).
Follow on screen tips to move forward (PgDn key) or backward (PgUp key) and view/listen.
Tip 3 - If you want to find out if you have the PowerPoint Viewer installed, go to Start - Control
Panel - wait till you see installed programs appear then scroll down to Microsoft Office programs
and see if the Microsoft Office PowerPoint Viewer (2003 or 2007) is installed. If you don't have
this program and want it, then you can download it for free at this link:
